Repair shops, parts suppliers, dealer groups and technical platforms — turn EV Manual data into a product your customers can use. Partnership takes four forms: batch accounts for teams, white-label hosting under your domain, API access for products, and raw data licensing for enterprises.
Dealer groups run EV Manual as their own branded data center: technician accounts are opened in batch under one billing profile, and the whole platform runs under the dealer's domain. As a result, service customers stay on the dealer website while the workshop documentation behind it is identical to the public platform.
Product teams integrate through three surfaces — a two-line JS widget, a signed REST API, or a full white-label CNAME — and all three share the same VIN decode, parameter-sheet and wiring-diagram backend. For example, a diagnostic tool can decode the VIN, load model-specific DTC definitions and open the relevant circuit diagram in one continuous flow. Rate limits scale with your tier, so a scan session never stalls mid-repair.
Enterprises that need the raw dataset can license it directly: the VIN database and the model parameter database are delivered as CSV or MySQL dumps on a scheduled basis, with custom normalization, translation into all 14 interface languages, and quality audit reports included. In addition, our team can build custom extraction pipelines for specific brands or document types your product requires. Delivery runs over SFTP or HTTPS pull endpoints, and each release includes checksums for integrity verification.
Applying takes three steps and most partners receive test credentials within one business day: register a free account, send your requirements from the account page or by email, and review the tailored proposal we reply with. There is no minimum volume, so even a single-workshop white-label pilot is possible. Responses arrive within one business day, and test credentials are included in the first reply.
Partners outside our core markets are equally welcome: the platform already ships in 14 languages, and the white-label layer can adopt additional languages on request.
Three layers of customization are available independently: the presentation layer (your domain, logo, brand colors and language set for a white-label deployment), the account layer (batch technician accounts, role-based visibility of dealer information, and per-brand subscription packages), and the data layer (custom extraction, normalization and translation of specific brands or document types). As a result, a partner can adopt one layer today and add the others later without renegotiating the whole contract.
Partners receive a named contact and responses within one business day for integration questions, because most blocking issues are signature or CNAME configuration questions that resolve quickly once seen. For data licenses, each delivery ships with checksums and a changelog of what changed since the previous release, and enterprise licenses include scheduled re-deliveries aligned to the refresh window in the contract.
